Welcome to Forever Young Events PDX. By booking services, renting items, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Forever Young Events PDX provides event styling, coordination, rentals, and specialty experiences. All services are subject to availability and confirmed only after a required deposit is received.
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed deadline prior to the event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after booking may result in partial or full forfeiture of payments depending on preparation, rentals reserved, and vendor commitments already made on your behalf.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
A safe and accessible setup location
Accurate event details and timelines
Proper care of all rented items
Clients are responsible for damage, theft, or loss of rental items during the rental period.
5. Rental Use & Care
All rental décor, furniture, and styling items must be used for their intended purpose only. Items must not be altered, moved outdoors without approval, or exposed to weather conditions unless specified.
6. Setup & Breakdown
Setup and breakdown times will be agreed upon in advance. Delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, or client schedule changes may incur additional fees.
7. Liability
Forever Young Events PDX is not responsible for:
Venue or vendor delays outside our control
Weather-related issues for outdoor events
Injuries caused by misuse of rentals or décor
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services booked.
8. Design & Creative Control
While we strive to match inspiration images and concepts, exact replication is not guaranteed. Floral availability, rental inventory, and vendor factors may require substitutions of equal or greater value.
9. Photography
We reserve the right to photograph setups and events for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
10. Changes to Services
Any requested changes must be submitted in writing. Adjustments may affect pricing and availability.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, venue closures, or government restrictions.
